Terms and Conditions
These Terms govern your use of Presenc.io and our services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
Presenc.io is for businesses only. If you are located in the EU, we may require a compliance review before onboarding.
Accounts
Each user must have their own account. Customers may create multiple accounts for admins, employees, and venues. You are responsible for maintaining account security.
Billing and taxes
The service is offered as a free trial for now. For Peru customers, pricing is in PEN; for global customers, pricing is in USD. Future Software SAC pays taxes in Peru.
Cancellations and refunds
We do not offer cancellations or refunds. Billing is monthly when paid plans are introduced.
Acceptable use
You may not use Presenc.io for illegal activity, abuse, or interference with the service. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or introduce malware.
Availability
We target 99% uptime, provided on an as-is basis without a guaranteed SLA.
Data ownership
Customers retain ownership of their data. Presenc.io acts as a custodian and processes data to provide the service. You may request removal of your data.
Shared responsibility
Presenc.io is responsible for the security of the service infrastructure. Customers are responsible for user access, credential management, and the accuracy of the data they submit.
Intellectual property
All intellectual property, trademarks, and branding for Presenc.io are owned by Presenc.io.
Support
Support is provided by email at hola@presenc.io during business hours. We respond within 5 hours.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes or new features; otherwise, posting on the website is sufficient.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, prohibited activity, or breach, with 2 days notice when possible.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Peru. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lima, Peru.
